Really good Boutique Stay

The hotel location was excellent. It was very central to the Duomo. A brief walk got me to The Last Supper. The decor was beautiful and i found the staff personable. They were so helpful with directions and recommendations. The breakfast had high quality food too.
The towels in the room looked slightly old. They also felt a little thin. This was very slight though.

The front desk staff was attentive. They were especially helpful with taxis. They addressed other queries promptly. Staff also brought extras to my room quickly.

My room had modern decor and felt spacious. I did appreciate the availability of complimentary bottled water upon arrival. The breakfast included a variety of fresh pastries and fruit. It was plentiful. The location provided easy access to shops and tourist attractions.
I had trouble adjusting the room temperature ONE night.

The hotel is conveniently located near the duomo. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered excellent choices and the quality was great. I also appreciated the complimentary water provided each day.
The tram noise was disruptive even with earplugs. The bathrooms seemed exposed, compromising privacy. There were no tea bags, teacups, or a kettle available in the rooms. I found this inconvenient.

I stayed here for a few nights. The location was central, near many attractions. the staff seemed helpful with tour suggestions. the hotel's decor was beautiful, it had a convenient location.
The tram outside was quite noisy. I could hear it in my room. earplugs were provided, but they did not completely block the noise. it impacted sleep quality.
